Breaded Salchichon Bologna
Ingredients:

200 g of Bafar® Salchichon Bologna
-
Enough flour
-
3 eggs
-
Enough breadcrumbs
-
Enough cooking spray oil
-
2 cups of mashed potatoes
-
250 g of cooked green beans

Cooking Directions:
-
Coat each slice of Bafar® salchichon bologna with flour to help the breading stick.
-
Dip each slice in egg and then in breadcrumbs to bread them.
-
Place the salchichon bologna slices on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and spray them with oil.
-
Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip them halfway through baking for even browning.
-
Serve the breaded salchichon bologna with mashed potatoes and cooked green beans.
