Breaded Salchichon Bologna

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of Bafar® Salchichon Bologna

  • Enough flour

  • 3 eggs

  • Enough breadcrumbs

  • Enough cooking spray oil

  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes

  • 250 g of cooked green beans

Cooking Directions:

  1. Coat each slice of Bafar® salchichon bologna with flour to help the breading stick.

  2. Dip each slice in egg and then in breadcrumbs to bread them.

  3. Place the salchichon bologna slices on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and spray them with oil.

  4. Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip them halfway through baking for even browning.

  5. Serve the breaded salchichon bologna with mashed potatoes and cooked green beans.
