Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Lollipops

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of Bafar® Smoked Bacon

  • 6 chicken drumsticks

  • Juice of 2 oranges

  • 3 tbsp mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Enough vegetable oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. Using a knife, remove the skin covering the bone on each drumstick.

  2. Mix the orange juice with mustard and pepper.

  3. Marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for 10 minutes.

  4. Wrap each drumstick with bacon slices and secure with a toothpick.

  5. Place aluminum foil on the end of each bone.

  6. Grease a baking tray with oil and place the chicken pieces on it.

  7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy with BBQ sauce or your favorite dressing.
