Chicken Cordon Bleu with Turkey Ham and Cheese
Ingredients:

5 slices of Bafar® Turkey ham
-
5 slices of cheese
-
5 flattened chicken breasts
-
1 cup of breadcrumbs
-
2 beaten eggs
-
Enough vegetable oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:
-
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
-
Roll them up and repeat the process with the rest.
-
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
-
Dip each roll in the beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
-
Fry the rolls until the inside is fully cooked and the outside is golden brown.
-
Place the rolls on absorbent paper and let them cool slightly.
-
Serve with your favorite salad.
