Sausage Ceviche

Ingredients:

  • 4 tomatoes

  • ½ red onion

  • 3 serrano peppers

  • 1 bunch of cilantro

  • ½ pack of Bafar® Chicken Sausages (1lb)

  • 8 limes

  • ½ avocado, diced

  • Baked corn tostadas

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Dice the tomato and finely chop the onion, chili, and cilantro.

  2. Slice the Bafar® Chicken Sausages into rounds.

  3. Squeeze and strain the lime juice.

  4. Mix the lime juice with the onion and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve the ceviche with baked corn tostadas.
