Sausage Ceviche
Ingredients:

4 tomatoes
-
½ red onion
-
3 serrano peppers
-
1 bunch of cilantro
-
½ pack of Bafar® Chicken Sausages (1lb)
-
8 limes
-
½ avocado, diced
-
Baked corn tostadas
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:
-
Dice the tomato and finely chop the onion, chili, and cilantro.

Slice the Bafar® Chicken Sausages into rounds.
-
Squeeze and strain the lime juice.
-
Mix the lime juice with the onion and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the ceviche with baked corn tostadas.
